CANDACE
As the creator of the series, I thought it was only fair to share my own pole journey. My interest in pole started when I start taking comedy classes in Midtown Manhattan. On my way to the theater, I always had to pass a pole studio. I always knew pole would be apart of my life in someway, but it didn’t manifest until after the pandemic of 2020. Quarantine shifted my perspective on life and going after everything I desired with full force because… why not?
